2007 Chrysler Sebring Air Bag Sensor Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service the Air Bag Sensor in the C-Pillar on 2007 Chrysler Sebring?
A: The first step is to cut off and isolate the battery's negative cable before working on the side impact sensor in the C-pillar. Let two minutes go by for the system reserve capacitor to discharge so you don't risk getting hurt badly or fatally. After that, take out the quarter panel trim at the back and the screw that bonds the side impact sensor to the C-pillar. Take the electrical connector off the sensor and afterward take the sensor out of the C-pillar.
