How is the Blower Motor Resistor Installed in the Rear on 2008 Chrysler Town & Country?

The rear blower motor resistor (3) is to be fitted into the rear heater-A/C housing (1) before installing. Install the rear blower motor resistor in the housing with the two screws (4), tightening them until you reach 1.2 Nm (10 in. lbs.). After that, connect the wire harness connector (2) to the rear blower motor resistor and place the rear heater-A/C housing in place.
