How to Service and Repair the Blend Door Actuator on 2007 Dodge Caliber?

To service and repair the Air Door Actuator/Motor, cut off air bag power by removing the negative battery cable and wait a full two minutes so the capacitor empties itself. First, toss out the glove box bin, then insert your hand through the glove box opening in the instrument panel to access and unscrew the screws holding the recirculation door actuator to the right side of the HVAC air inlet housing. After that, separate the wire harness connector from the recirculation door actuator and then remove the actuator.
