How Is a Harmonic Balancer Installed on 2007 Dodge Dakota?

To install the harmonic balancer, clean the bore and the nose of the crankshaft. Line up the balancer with the crankshaft key and slide it in place. Use Special Tool 8512-A to press it on the crankshaft then tighten the bolt to 175 Nm. Finally, install the radiator fan again and the accessory belt and reattach the battery.
