2007 Dodge Durango Wiper Motor Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service and Repair a Wiper Motor on 2007 Dodge Durango?
A: Cut off and isolate the battery's negative cable before servicing the front wiper motor. Remove both front wiper arms from the pivots and then take out the cowl plenum cover/grille panel that covers that area. Take the wire harness connector out of the front wiper motor connector. Pry the socket bushing free from the ball stud by using two large screwdrivers and pushing between the wiper motor crank arm and the metal part of the right wiper drive link. After that, pull the sleeve bushing off the wiper motor ball stud from the left wiper drive link. Lift up the wiper motor and, while doing so, remove the three screws that attach it to the upper bracket from underneath. After that, detach the wiper motor and crank arm unit from the module bracket underneath.
