How to Install a Blend Door Actuator on the HVAC Air Distribution Housing on 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Position the mode door actuator where it should be and twist it a bit if needed to make sure the actuator's splines fit into those in the mode door linkage. Fill the holes in the actuator using two 2 Nm (17 inch-pounds) screws and connecting them to the air distribution housing. After linking the wire harness connector to the mode door actuator, put the silencer under the driver side of the instrument panel. Last, put the negative battery cable back and calibrate the A/C-heater control.
