How to Install a Blower Motor into an HVAC Housing on 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan?

In order to put in the blower motor, first lower the recirculation-air door, then position and rotate the motor. Lift each mounting tab from the pre-marked parts and attach the blower motor with three screws tightened to 2 Nm (17 in.lbs.). Push the blower motor wire lead through the hole in the lower inlet housing and set the rubber grommet in place. Put the recirculation door pivot shaft into the lower air inlet housing and attach the inlet housing onto the furnace with four bottom screws, then secure the top screw to 2 Nm (17 in.lbs.). Fit the blower motor wire lead onto the correct end of the blower motor resistor or power module and then install the recirculation door actuator. Move the carpet aside, mount the passenger side cowl panel, plug in the negative battery wire and perform the heater-A/C control calibration.
