2007 Dodge Grand Caravan Crankshaft Seal Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service and Repair a Crankshaft Seal on 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan?
A: Initially, get rid of the transaxle followed by flex plate to work on the crankshaft main bearing seal. Now, with a flat edge pry tool, very slowly insert it sideways through the dust lip, pressing on the metal case of the seal to remove the seal. Be careful not to touch the blade of the pry tool to the crankshaft seal, but touching the chamfered part is allowed.
