How to Service and Repair an Ignition Coil for a 5.7L Engine on 2007 Dodge Ram 2500?

Make sure to use compressed air to remove any dirt or debris first, around the top part of the spark plug, for the ignition coil of the 5.7L engine. Before placing the coil, grease the dielectric on every spark plug boot. Put the ignition coil into the valve cover and push it against the spark plugs. Attach the two coil mounting bolts and tighten them until the torque value is 7 Nm (62 in.lbs.). At last, combine the electrical connector with the coil by simply snapping them together.
