How to Service an Exhaust Manifold on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Make sure to clean both surfaces of the cylinder head and the exhaust manifold using the gasket to remove any dust or oil before installing the exhaust manifold. After preparation, set a new exhaust manifold gasket in place and then install the exhaust manifold. Tighten the bolts that hold the exhaust manifold into place with a torque wrench set at 11 Nm (98 lbs. in.). After that, secure the catalytic converter onto the exhaust manifold by tightening it to 20 Nm (177 lbs. in.) torque. After that, fit the air filter and connect the battery.
