How to Install a Rocker Arm onto a Hydraulic Lifter and Cylinder Head on 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Attach rocker arm 1 to hydraulic lifter 2 by using retaining clip 3. At this point, assemble the rocker arm and lifter, put them on the cylinder head and then mount the camshaft(s).
