How to Install an Air Filter on 2007 Jeep Commander?

Put the air filter you bought into the housing first. Place the housing cover into the locating areas and push on 1 side at a time to press each of the 4 spring clips under the cover. Secure the air duct to the cover of the air cleaner and apply a 3 Nm (30 in. lbs.) torque to the hose clamp. If different hose clamps have been removed from the air intake system, torque them to 3 Nm (30 in. lbs.), as well. Make sure to tighten any bolts you took out of the air resonator housing or air intake tubing to a torque of 4 Nm (40 in. lbs.).
