How to Properly Install the Exhaust Valve and Intake Valve in the Cylinder Head on 2007 Jeep Commander?

Coat the valve stem with clean engine oil and put it into the cylinder head. Install the valve stem seal, spring and spring retainer. For the retainer halves use a valve spring compressor. Lubricate the camshaft journal, align the camshaft and install the bearing caps and rocker arms.
