Q: How to Remove and Replace Exhaust Valve and Intake Valves on 2007 Jeep Wrangler?
A: First take off the cylinder head, then press down on the valve springs with the C-3422-D tools and adapter 8464. After that, remove the valve retaining locks and slowly lower the valve spring compressor. Afterward, take out the valve spring retainer, valve spring and the seal from the valve stem. Before removing the valves, clear out any small protrusions from the bottom of each valve stem lock groove, to avoid touching the valve guides and confirm the position of every valve to make sure it is put back where it belongs.
