For service and repair work on the four-door second row center seat belt, review all seat belts, buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps and anchors, to ensure proper installation, as well as like-new condition. Begin by freeing the retractor locking cable housing and cable end from the right outboard seat back latch, then unscrew the seat belt retractor and finally, take out the second row center seat belt and its retractor from back panel.
