How to Install a Blend Door Actuator for the Rear Mode on 2008 Chrysler Aspen?

Set the rear mode door actuator on the side of the rear HVAC housing to install it. If neccessary, turn the actuator a little to match the splines on its output shaft with the ones in the actuator coupler. Screw the rear mode door actuator onto the rear HVAC housing, tightening them to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.) during installation. First, connect the rear HVAC wire harness connector to the rear mode door actuator and afterwards reconnect the negative battery cable. After everything else is done, use a scan tool to start the Actuator Calibration process.
