How to Service and Repair a Blend Door Actuator Safely for Front on 2009 Chrysler Aspen?

To service the air door actuator/motor, remove the negative cable from the battery, wait for two minutes so the capacitor can drain, then remove the air bag system's fuse. Take out the five screws that attach the panel door actuator and the floor/defrost door actuator at the driver side end of the HVAC housing. After that, unplug the HVAC wire harness connector from the panel door actuator and the floor/defrost door actuator as necessary. Once done, take away the mode door actuator(s) from the HVAC housing.
