How to Install a Blend Door Actuator in an HVAC System on 2007 Chrysler Aspen?

After placing the actuator at the HVAC inlet housing, turn the actuator if necessary so that the splines on its output shaft line up with the corresponding splines in the recirculation-air door linkage. Screw the recirculation door actuator to the air inlet housing of the HVAC system and tighten them to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Then, set the air inlet housing onto the HVAC housing and install the HVAC housing. After that, reconnect the negative battery cable and do the Actuator Calibration using an appropriate scan tool.
