2008 Chrysler Aspen Intake Manifold Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Remove an Intake Manifold on 2008 Chrysler Aspen?
A: You must remove the resonator assembly and air inlet hose before unbolting the intake manifold. After that, bleed the fuel system by let out the pressure. Take off the negative lead from the underhood battery and then remove the wiper module. After that, remove the electrical connections from the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) and the Coolant Temperature (CTS) Sensor. Grasp and pull the spark plug wires out and unplug the generator wires. After that, detach and remove the ignition coils as well as the fasteners holding the manifold. Take out the bolt that fastens the top oil dipstick tube retainer, the ground strap and then the fuel rail. The final step is to take out the intake manifold.
