    The first step in replacing the intake manifold is to unhook the battery's negative cable. After that, take out the wiper module, resonator assembly and air inlet hose. After that, remove the throttle and speed control cables and then unclip the MAP Sensor, IAT Sensor, TPS Sensor, CTS Sensor and IAC Motor. Then, undo the hoses for the brake booster, positive crankcase ventilation, generators and air conditioner compressors. Get rid of the left and right radio protective straps and ignition coil towers. Get rid of the bolt keeping the oil dipstick tube in place and the ground strap, bleed the gas and cart the Fuel Rail. After that, unbolt the Throttle Body assembly and its mounting bracket, let the coolant drain as long as it stays below the system's temperature limit and take the heater hoses off the front of the engine and the Heater Core. Disconnect and take off the heat hoses and tubes that run to the intake manifold and remove the coolant temperature sensor afterward.
