  A: Because the rear washer nozzle latch is only allowed to be used once, if the nozzle is ever taken out for service, it needs to be replaced immediately. To access the rear washer nozzle, stand under the car, insert a trim tool or another flexible flat-bladed specimen at the bottom of the nozzle and carefully pry up until the latch within the lifting panel is released. Raise the rear washer nozzle from the liftgate outer panel so you can reach the washer hose. Uncouple the hose from the barbed nipple placed at the back of the nozzle. Take off approximately 0.15-0.23 inches (4-6 millimeters) from the hose and then remove the nozzle and throw it away.
