How to Install and Synchronize a Wiper Motor on 2008 Chrysler Crossfire?

The wiper motor should be installed once its shaft is in its park position. Place the wiper motor (3) into the wiper motor module (2) and fasten it with the three wiper motor bolts (1), tightening all to 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.). Set the wiper motor crank arm (1) onto the wiper motor shaft (3) in the parked position and depress it to attach. Insert the retaining nut (2) for the wiper motor crank arm and tighten it using a torque of 26 Nm (19 ft. lbs.). Replace the wiper motor module in the vehicle and attach the negative battery cable.
