How to Service and Repair the Canister Purge Valve on a 3.8L Engine on 2008 Chrysler Pacifica?

Prior to fixing or repairing the Canister Purge Valve in a 3.8L engine, first remove and set aside the negative battery cable at the battery. After that, separate the electrical connector 5 from the canister purge valve 1. Once that is done, take away the purge hose 2 from the same valve. With that done, take out the quick connect fuel tank hose 3 from the canister purge valve 1 and then use the tab to take out the valve from the body bracket 4.
