When you've removed Special Tool 8452, attach the harmonic balancer bolt and tighten it with 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs. of torque). Install the accessory drive belt after that, as well as the inner splash shield and wheel on the passenger's side. After that, connect the negative terminal from the light kit to the negative post on the battery.
