How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?

When servicing and repairing the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, first disconnect the car's negative battery cable and lift the car on a hoist. After that, take out the right front wheel and splash shield and then remove the accessory drive belt. Remove the harmonic balancer bolt and put Special Tool 8450 through the upper hole in the crankshaft nose. Set the 3-jaw puller assembly, Special Tool 1026, beneath the balancer and use the forcing screw to make the balancer release from the crankshaft which will release the harmonic balancer.
