How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Hose for a 2.4L Engine on 2008 Dodge Avenger?

Before installing the hose, put each clamp on one end of the supply line far enough to expose the reservoir and pump connections. Then, attach the supply hose to the pump supply fitting with the pump end, loosen the set hose clamp, slide it under the hose and fitting and slide it until the clamp meets the formed bead. After that, place the supply line end of the hose onto the fitting coming from the fluid reservoir, expand the hose clamp and slide it past the bead on the fitting until you've secured it. Clean the power steering system, install it and look for any leaks afterwards.
