How to Service and Repair a Driveshaft Center Support Bearing on 2008 Dodge Charger?

Open the vehicle and first take out the propeller shaft to access the driveshaft center support bearing. Because the propeller shaft spline interface uses a "skip-tooth" design, only one assembly orientation is supported, so reference marks should just help with reinstallation. After that, label the front and rear shaft segments with marks for referring to the installation instructions. At the bearing, detach the front part and rear part of the propeller shaft and then remove the boot. Use an arbor press together with the Bearing Splitter 1130 to press the driveshaft center support bearing off the rear segment.
