How to Install a Power Steering Pump for a 3.5L Engine on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Start by putting in the pulley (4) if it was removed before you do the installation. After that, install the front and rear pump brackets, if you took them off earlier. Bolt the power steering pump to the engine using screws (2) and tighten the screws to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) After that, exchange all the o-rings and hose clamps and fix the fuel supply hose to the pump, cinching the clamp afterwards. Merge the high pressure hose (3) to the pump and tighten its fitting to 38 Nm (28 ft. lbs.). Connect the power steering drive belt and fill the system with fluid as well. Afterward, put in the washer bottle mounting screws and reconnect all the electrical connectors.
