How to Service and Repair the Right Exhaust Manifold on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

First remove the old gasket and clean both the cylinder head and the manifold sealing areas to service and fix the exhaust manifold. After that, install the new exhaust manifold gasket, align the exhaust manifold with the cylinder head and tighten them with the nuts to 25 Nm (222 in. lbs.). You then mount the exhaust elbow to the turbocharger bolts, torque them to 20 Nm (177 in. lbs.) and add a further 90° of rotation from there. After you're done, put in the strut tower brace and engine cover. When you're done, attach the negative cable to the battery.
