How to Maintain and Fix a Water Pump on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

The auxiliary water pump should be serviced and repaired after unconnecting and isolating the negative side of the battery cable. At least partially remove the car's engine coolant. Following that, open the engine hood and take away the air cleaner housing. Remove the connection of the wire harness from the electric coolant pump. Unfasten the heater hose clamps near the electric coolant pump and then twist and remove both hoses from it. After that, take out the electric coolant pump from its bracket.
