2008 Dodge Viper Canister Purge Valve Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service the Canister Purge Valve on 2008 Dodge Viper?
A: The first step in serving the Canister Purge Valve is to disconnect and separate the negative battery cable at the battery. After that, disconnect the air cleaner assembly. After that, remove the electrical connector from the evaporative emission canister purge valve. Once that's done, take out the vapor tubes-one is for warm air, the other for cold air. Draw up the evaporative emission canister purge valve and take it off its mounting bracket.
