    A: Unlock the hinges inside the car by opening the decklid and ensure it will not fall by inserting a jack stand. Lightly draw around the decklid hinge with a grease pencil to help during installation. After that, separate the rear wheels and take out the wheel well splash shields. Take out the bolts attaching the trunk pan to the hinge beneath the car in the wheel well space, then loosen those connecting the decklid hinge to the trunk too. After that, unscrew the bolts connecting the decklid hinge to the decklid and remove the hinge from the vehicle.
