How to Safely Install an Axle Shaft Assembly on 2008 Jeep Wrangler?

Put the axle assembly into the axle tube first to install it. You should only use new axle retainer nuts, because reusing them could cause them to loosen and possibly hurt you. Screw the new axle retainer nuts to a torque of 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.). Then, add the brake and harness and next connect the park brake cables.
