How to Remove and Replace a Brake Disc on 2008 Jeep Wrangler?

Before removing and replacing the brake rotor/disc, take off the wheel and the tire. Proceed to take off caliper 1 by following the Brake Caliper/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Disc Brake Caliper section next. After completing the first step, remove the retainers holding the rotor to the hub stud and lift rotor 3 from the hub. Any problem with the rotor shield should be fixed by removing the front hub and its bearing assembly.
