Begin by installing end 3 of return hose 3 under the headlamp mounting crossmember in the engine compartment. Place the hose inside routing clip 4 situated on the crossmember. If you notice a stripe on return hose 3 that runs along its length, align that stripe at the top of the cooler (at 12 O'clock) to avoid installation problems. Then, put return hose 3 onto the end of cooler 1 and hold it in place with a clamp. After that, slide roller hose 1 onto reservoir 2 and put a clamp in place to secure it. Next, place the upper radiator closing panels and the fitted air cleaner housing along with their connecting inlet tube. Afterward, link the negative cable end from the battery to the car's negative terminal and correctly bleed the power steering system.
