How to Service and Repair the Canister Purge Valve on 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before anything else, disconnect the negative cable from the battery when servicing or repairing the Canister Purge Valve. Pairing the bracket, press the tab and remove the valve from it. In the next step, take out the electrical connector from the purge valve (1) and remove both vacuum lines attached to it (2). Then, take out the valve.
