How to install a rear heater core on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country?

You should always ensure the heater core tubes are still connected and not disturbed before installing the rear heater core. Insert the rear heater core (3) into space (1) in the rear heater-A/C housing, so the foam seals are properly seated and both retaining tabs (2) are fitting into the housing. Fix the rear heater core tube bracket (4) to the rear heater-A/C housing using screw (5) tightened to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Then, fit the rear heater-A/C housing, reattach the negative battery cable and when substituting the rear heater core, flush the cooling fluid. Add coolant to the engine system, empty the part with refrigerant and add refrigerant as necessary.
