How to Remove the Clock Spring Assembly on 2009 Dodge Caliber?

To remove the Clock Spring assembly, turn off the SRS by disconnecting the battery negative cable and waiting for two minutes. Center the Clock Spring,remove the steering wheel and the multiple function switches. Finally unscrew and disconnect the Clock Spring from the steering column and remove it.
