How to Install and Secure an Engine Mount Properly on 2009 Dodge Challenger?

To install an engine mount correctly, secure it to the mounting bracket and hold the bolts tightly by hand. After that, use your hands to tighten down the engine mount onto the studs. After that, tighten the engine mount to bolts at 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.) and lift the engine away to get rid of the supports. Next, tighten the engine mount until the studs have a torque of 12 Nm or just over 100 in. lbs. Attach the engine heat shield and its bolts, making sure to tighten them to 11 Nm (97 in. lbs. Make sure you have engine mounts in place, tighten the nuts to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.). Slide the rear belly pan to the bottom of the car and attach it with fasteners. The next step is to raise the vehicle, lower it and connect the negative battery cable.
