How to Install Exhaust Valve and Intake Valves on 2009 Dodge Journey?

An intake and exhaust valves need to be installed by applying engine oil on the stems and fitting them in the cylinder head. Check valve tip heights; grind on any higher than 43.65 or 45.98 mm intake or exhaust. Put in new valve stem seals and valve springs and then the cylinder head(s).
