How to Install a Steering Column Cover on 2009 Dodge Ram 3500?

Install screw (1) through the knee blocker (2) before positioning the steering column opening cover. After that, attach the steering column opening cover (2) to the instrument panel and clamp it down with both upper retainer clips fully in place. Following this, attach the cover for the steering column to the instrument panel using two screws. After that, install the park brake release handle.
