How to Maintain and Fix a Steering Wheel on 2009 Dodge Ram 3500?

To repair the steering wheel, first disable and take out the driver's side airbag. Loosen the steering wheel bolt but keep it in place. Use puller CJ98-1 or a similar tool to push against the bolt. Finally, discard the bolt and remove the steering wheel.
