How to Service and Repair Lash Adjusters on 2009 Dodge Viper?

Before servicing or repairing lash adjusters, take off the cylinder head(s). When reusing tappets, Figure 4 illustrates their position so you can place them correctly. Once done, pull out the tappet aligning yoke bolt (1) and the adjacent yoke (2) and tappets (3). You should not take the tappets apart during this procedure.
