How to Maintain Your Rear Wiper Blade on 2009 Jeep Compass?

Before working on the rear wiper blade, keep the wiper arm raised so the blade and element lift off the glass and do not let the arm hit the glass until you put the blade in place. After that, press the latch release tab on the pivot block just below the end of the arm and move the blade towards the pivot end of the arm until the pivot block pulls out of the hook on the arm. After, pull the attachment out through the small gap we discussed in the wiper blade superstructure which is close to the main pivot bar. When you are done, lower the arm of the wiper against the windshield carefully.
