How to Service the Left Rear Brake Line on 2009 Jeep Liberty?

First, put a prop rod on your brake pedal, drop the rear of the car to be serviced and remove the brake hose. Then, raise the car back up and simultaneously press the brake pedal with your foot to hold pressure. Then, take out the brake tube from the HCU and lift the vehicle for support. Now take off the exhaust from the engine manifolds and the hanger bracket at the transmission. You should remove the fuel tank from the chassis following that. Once you take out the fuel tank, remove the brake hose banjo bolt at the caliper. Take the bracket off that holds the brake/fuel line bundle to the car and separate the brake line from the bundle. After that, release both retainers on the body holding the brake hose/line and pull the brake hose/line out of the vehicle.
