How to Service a Camshaft Position Sensor on 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Initially, take off the lid of the air cleaner and unhook the inlet air temperature sensor plus the makeup air hose. After that, release the negative terminal on the battery. Disconnect the electrical connection from the camshaft position sensor (2) and unscrew the sensor to pull it out. Loosen the last screw that holds the target magnet onto the rear of the camshaft (1).
