2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser Cruise Control Switch Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Safely Remove the Cruise Control Switch from the Steering Wheel on 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser?
A: The speed control switch under the air bag module is connected to the car, so it should be removed cautiously. Take off the top lid of the air cleaner and pull out the inlet air temperature sensor along with the makeup air hose. After that, unplug the negative battery cable and shut off the ignition. When required, remove the air bag, but always use the correct procedure for the restraint system. Once done, take out the top screw and turn your steering wheel until your switch is lined up horizontally. After that, take out the two screws from the switch on the back of the sensor, take the electrical connector out and take away the switch.
