How to Service the Headlight Switch on the Left Multifunction Control on 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

The left multifunction switch can be serviceable by turning SRS off by disconnection of the battery negative cable. Take off the steering column shrouds, plug out the instrument panel wire harness and screw the switch off the mounting bracket. Move the switch away to the OFF position and then disconnect the jumper wire harness and pull out the switch.
