How to Service and Repair a Blower Motor on 2010 Chrysler Town & Country?

Before starting any blower motor service or repair, be sure to disable the air bag system by separating the negative battery terminal and after that wait for two minutes to let the system's capacitor empty. Before anything else, take the silencer out from under the passenger side of the instrument panel if it has one. Then, separate the wire harness connection from the blower motor, unplug the HVAC wire harness from its bracket and remove the three screws holding the motor to the left HVAC housing.
