First, remove trim stick C-4755 to gently pry the steering column cover open and remove the tabs; afterwards, pull the steering column cover out of the instrument panel.

After that, attach the lower shroud over the tilt lever and onto the column and place the upper shroud in position so both shrouds are clipped together. Tighten three screws into the lower shroud to attach it to the steering column. Always lock your column fully upright by positioning it there and pushing the tilt lever. After that, secure the steering column cover reinforcement using four screws and lock in the steering column opening cover.
